As many of you probably know, I have not been able to make puffy, moist chocolate chip cookies. I have used different ingredient brands, I've beat the heck out of them, I've barely beat them at all, I've used crisco instead of butter, I have tried different temps for the oven, and lastly, I've used different recipes. NOTHING. Each batch would come out just as paper thin as the last. Don't get me wrong, they tasted okay, but they looked like crap! Well, my cousins came down from Utah about a month ago and I informed them of my little problem and how embarrassing it is that I can't make a decent batch of cookies. Thanks to them, I can now do it. Above is a picture of the cookies that I just recently made all by myself. Look how puffy they are! And, they tasted wonderful. YAY....I did it!
